It depends on the current status of our engineers and the distance between your address and us. Our headquarters is in Flushing.
4)If I live outside of New York City, do you still provide services?
If you are willing to pay us more tips and service fee, of course no problem.
5)If the equipment needs to be repaired and parts need to be replaced, who will pay for the parts?
Customers pay for accessories.
6)How to make an appointment for your installation or maintenance services?

If I make an appointment with you for inspection, repair or service, but after the inspection I decide that I don’t want to repair or replace the equipment with a new one, do I still need to pay?

Yes, our door-to-door service fee is US$150.
